No. Nigel isn't Gas Safe registered, so he doesn't work on boilers, gas fires, gas hobs or any other gas appliance. For gas work you'll need a Gas Safe registered engineer. Nigel does all the plumbing around them, including radiators, towel rails, pipework and valves.
Yes. Nigel holds the City & Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate (1987) and carries full public liability insurance. He works to UK building and water regulations.
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for at least 12 months, and manufacturer warranties on parts such as taps, valves and toilets (often up to five years) are passed on to you.
